The FLASH system has a HELP screen available to walk you through the steps.  It is in the upper right hand corner. 

You will not need a password.  It will recognize you (they tell us) by your name and email address.  Please update your phone numbers while you are there. 

Also, notice that when you select a service, it will insert a line showing the length of time of the service.  You must select that time before it will show you calendar options.
